Denise Menonna-Quinn is a nurse since 1988 and nurse educator since 1997. She is currently practicing as a Clinical Level Four Oncology Nurse/Educator at the John Theurer Cancer Center. Denise has received her DNP from William Paterson University, MSN from Seton Hall, and BSN from St. Peters University. She is certified in three disciplines, Staff Development, Advanced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist and Bone Marrow Transplantation. Denise’s research focus is based upon chemotherapy safety for health care providers as well as the USP 800 mandates. She has lectured at the local and national level on numerous topics related to staff development and safety mechanisms, most recently DNP conference in Washington, DC. She serves as clinical adjuvant professor for several universities, including William Paterson, Felician University and Fairleigh Dickenson. She has published several nursing journals articles and has written a chapter for the Oncology Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Guidelines for Practice 4th edition as well as DNP career navigation guide to be published by Springer Publishing release date December 2019.
